1. Change of mind returns
Australian Retail Customers with total order below A$500 may return most new, unopened, unworn and undamaged items within 2 weeks (14 days) of delivery. Unwanted jewellery items have to be returned via Express Postage.
Unfortunately we cannot offer 'change of mind returns' to our international or wholesale customers. In addition, we do not accept 'change of mind returns' from Australian Retail Customers if their total order is greater than A$500.
2. Return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
You may return most new, unopened, unworn & undamaged items within 2 weeks (14 days) of delivery for a full refund, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We ship Australia wide and to a number of international destinations. Postage cost is based on total order value.
Within Australia we use Express Postage, with insurance and signature. Australian Retail Customers would expect to receive their order in approximately 2 weeks after payment.
For international destinations we use Economy Parcel Postage with signature & insurance. Delivery time estimates for international destination vary from 4 to 6 weeks depending on location. International Customers have to contact us, to arrange an offline payment option.
